Project 1: Ntenyo Primary School

English Teachers

Sanejo recognizes the need to equip students and teachers with language skills in order for them to be successful and competent within Africa and beyond.

We will invite competent teachers from other countries to spend a minimum of three months teaching English in Rwanda to teachers, students, and local community members.

The aim of this project is to meet the current English language challenges that many people are now facing in Rwanda given the recent change from a French to an English-based education system. This is particularly important for the many teachers in rural Rwanda who are now required to teach English, but have very little formal training themselves.

Teacher Training

We are also looking for experienced individuals who qualify to conduct short-term teacher training workshops for affiliated schools.
