Men Nike Free Run 3.0 Total Orange Neon Reflective Silver Wolf Grey 100% Authentic Women Nike Free Run 3 Gym Red White Reflect Silver Volt With Best Quality Hi, I'm Eve Cantor, owner of Shop Your Closet, and I'm in Olia in Montclaire, New Jersey, and I'm here to talk to you about light suit style tips. Getting dressed in the winter and the fall is a little bit more simple than getting dressed in the spring and the summer. So I have a couple tips that I'd like to share with you that will hopefully allow you to maximize the wardrobe that you have already and give a new life to your spring wardrobe. So here's our first look. So basically what we've done here is if we've taken just your standard black pencil skirt and your white buttoned down. This one happens to have a little bit of extra sparkle on it. But feel free to use your white shirt that you have already and we've paired it with an orange jacket that's not as structured as your traditional jacket. And we've kind of given it a new life. So you can basically take anything. You can take a cardigan, you can take a vest, you can feel free to add any punch of color that you want to something that's black and white. It really gives a lot of texture and depth to the outfit. So how we can accessorize. Big fan of the gray shoe. Gray shoe works back to this outfit very nicely. Feel free to wear a black shoe or a black sandal. That can work very nice. And then you may not necessarily have this bag but this shows you one way that the bag can work very nicely. If this is a color that looks good on you, you can buy a couple pieces of this color and then buy the bag and a shoe or something to match it. That way you can integrate it in to your wardrobe frequently. If blue is a color that you happen to like or pink is a color that you like let that be a color that you choose for the season and then you can mix it up all of the time. So that's why this orange bag would be good for you to buy if and so you happen to buy a lot of orange. Now I'd like to go over to my lady number two. So this look happens to be really beautiful. We've taken a white pencil skirt and there's a white three quarter sleeve shell that's underneath and believe it or not, we've changed the collar. So if you look under here it comes with a pink collar but in order to kind of give it that little bit of extra accessory and texture and depth, what we've done is we've put the collar on top and I think that this whole new color trend that's happening right now is a really great way to reinvent your existing wardrobe. In order to be able to complete this look, perhaps pink is the color of the season that you chose. We've chosen a pink shoe and a white bag. So now we have the white bag and the pink shoes and she's all dressed and ready to go to work and if she needs to go out to dinner with her boyfriend or some friends or she has a work meeting, she has the flexibility to go there in this outfit as well. And this is Eve Cantor about light suit style tips..

The evaporation of the collateralized loan obligation market may be the other shoe dropping. The risks posed by credit default swaps (CDSs) may be not just the other shoe, but the neutron bomb. The rating cut by S of ACA Financial Guaranty Corporation (ACA) (from A to CCC), discussed in this article in yesterday's NY Times, may portend deep trouble. Credit default swaps originated as a form of credit protection that the holder of a credit risk could purchase as a hedge against a borrower's default. A holder of General Motors (NYSE:GM) bonds, for example, can effectively insure against a default by GM by purchasing protection in the form of a CDS from a willing counterparty. Many holders of collateralized debt obligations that have recently plummeted in value had hedged their positions through CDSs, and ACA Financial has been a major seller of such protection. An accompanying article in the Times describes possible efforts by some of ACA's insureds, including Merrill Lynch (MER), CIBC and Bear Stearns (NYSE:BSC), to help bail out ACA in order to avoid a write down of billions of dollars of insured securities. As with so many other types of innovative financial products, CDSs have exploded in the past few years. They have become a simple way for investors to take long or short positions on particular companies or industries without having to buy or sell the actual underlying bank debt or securities. The notional amount of underlying obligations covered by CDSs now exceeds $40 trillion, up from less than $2 trillion in 2002. In a low default environment, selling default protection through CDSs presented huge revenue opportunities. ACA more than doubled its CDS business over the past 12 months, and others have undoubtedly done likewise. However, if the events of the past several months have proven one thing, it is that investors have done a very poor job recently of accurately assessing and pricing risk. It is more likely than not that many CDS sellers have not properly gauged their exposure, or set aside sufficient reserves against it. The potential ramifications are difficult to overstate. S contends that ACA is facing close to $3 billion of losses on its CDS exposures, for which it has only $650 million of reserved capital. There is no way to tell right now how many other banks, funds, and other insurers are similarly exposed. Of equal concern are the exposures of the CDS purchasers who believe themselves to be properly hedged against losses, but who may instead find their protection to be worthless because of their counterparty's inability to pay. Personally, I am not a huge advocate of New Year's resolutions because I believe in setting and achieving personal goals all year around. However, I do respect the fact that New Year's resolutions are very popular, and I understand that the New Year is a very logical time to start fresh. That being said, I wanted to share with you the top ten ways to increase the likelihood for success with your New Year's resolutions. 1. Stick to 1 or 2 important goals. Having a laundry list of all the things you would like to change in your life can be overwhelming. Your chances for success are much higher if you stick to 1 or 2 of your most important goals. This allows you to concentrate all your energy and focus on these goals. Once you achieve those goals, you can always set 1 or 2 more. 2. Be realistic. It's okay to think big and want the best, but it is more important to succeed, so be realistic. Ask yourself whether or not your goals are reasonable and possible. It is probably not realistic to set the goal of never yelling at your kids again. How will you feel about your resolution when your children test you on a very bad day and you yell? Certainly one can cut back on yelling and work to find alternative ways to deal with misbehavior, but an all or nothing attitude may set you up for failure, and feeling like you've failed can set you up for more failure. Instead, accept and honor your humanness. 3. Be specific. Be as specific as possible when determining goals. Articulate how you will measure success and exactly what you are trying to achieve. Making a resolution to lose weight is too general. A better choice would be to set a specific and manageable goal. For example say, "I will lose 25 pounds by June 30, 2006." Be specific when answering the what, when and how. 4. Connect to your motivation for achieving your goal. Why do you want to achieve this goal? Why now? Make sure your motivation comes from your heart, and not from your head. In other words, your goal should be something you really desire, and not something you know you SHOULD do. Really connect to why this is so important to you. Pay attention to whether or not you are being driven by fear or love. Beware of setting goals based on what someone else in your life thinks you should do. Your resolutions should come from your authentic self. 5. Examine your belief in your ability to achieve this goal. What do you believe about your ability to achieve your New Year's resolutions? If you have tried to reach the same goal many times before without much success, your confidence could be wavering. You could be feeding yourself negative messages without even realizing it. Be conscious about positive thinking. Remind yourself that you are capable of doing anything you set your heart to. Tell yourself every day that you have the ability to take the steps it will take to reach your goal. 6. Create a detailed plan to achieve your goal. Let's say your resolution is to eliminate the clutter in your home. But how will you start when the clutter is overwhelming? It may be helpful to break large goals into intermediate, manageable steps. Make a list of each area you need to tackle. Then break each area into even smaller segments that can be tackled easily. For instance, set time aside to clean out old clothes, then to organize sweaters, then to throw out old shoes, and finally arrange clothing by color or type. Don't forget to specify a time limit for accomplishing each of the smaller steps. Before you know it, the larger goal will have been met. 7. Recognize that you may encounter obstacles. Most people give up on their goals because they run into some type of obstacle along the way. Obstacles can be internal or external. Examples of internal obstacles include negative self talk, limiting beliefs and discipline issues. Some external obstacles are the lack of time, money or resources. Know in advance what hurdles you may have to conquer. 8. Identify a plan of action to overcome obstacles. If you are trying to give up chocolate (I would never try this!), what are you going to do when you get a craving for chocolate, or when all your friends are chowing down on chocolate cake? Maybe your plan would be to carry a sweet substitute with you at all times. Or perhaps you could involve yourself in a fun activity when the urge strikes. If your obstacles are tougher and you need more support, consider hiring a life coach to help you work through your blocks. 9. Enlist the support of an accountability partner. As you work towards your goals, it can be very helpful to have someone in your life to be your support partner. Consider asking your partner or friend to help you stick to the resolutions you have set. Use this person when you are struggling and set up a plan to check in regularly with him/her. As a coach, I have the privilege of trading coaching services with my peers. My coach helps me achieve my goals, overcome any obstacles, and celebrate my success. 10. Celebrate success along the way. One of the most important things you can do for yourself is celebrate your small successes as you work towards your larger goals. Don't wait until the end to reward yourself. You deserve to be recognized for your efforts and your commitment, especially when your goals take a long time to achieve. If you don't celebrate on your journey, you will lose your motivation. So celebrate, celebrate, and celebrate! I wish you the best in achieving your 2006 New Year's resolutions. If you fall off your path, remember you can always get back on. It's okay to take a few detours. No one said there can't be St. Patrick's Day resolutions, Easter resolutions, or even Independence Day resolutions. (AP) The Boston Red Sox blew a big early lead en route to their longest skid in 13 years. Andrew Miller threw a force attempt at second base into center field, allowing pinch runner Cole Figueroa to score in the bottom of the 15th inning as the Tampa Bay Rays handed the Red Sox their ninth consecutive loss, 6 5 Saturday. James Loney opened the 15th with a single off Miller (1 4). Figueroa ran for Loney and went to second on Brandon Guyer's bunt single. He scored when Miller threw the ball into center field while attempting to get a double play on Desmond Jennings' grounder. "Got the comebacker," Miller said. "I went to go throw like instinct. You spin around and start to see everything unfold, and at the last second saw I didn't have a play. I didn't have anybody getting to the bag and just didn't have time to hold onto the ball." All four of Miller's loses have come since May 13. Cesar Ramos (2 3) allowed an infield single and two walks in three scoreless innings for the win. Five Tampa Bay pitchers limited Boston to six hits, with just two coming after the first inning. "We won that game because we pitched so well," Rays manager Joe Maddon said. Pierzynski homered for the Red Sox in a game that took 5 hours, 16 minutes. Matt Joyce had an RBI single and Guyer drove in two with a double off Jake Peavy in the fifth as the Rays rallied from a five run deficit to tie it at 5. Logan Forsythe had a second inning sacrifice fly and an RBI single during the fourth. The struggling Boston offense broke out against David Price. After Mike Carp was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded and Jonny Gomes had a sacrifice fly, Pierzynski connected on a three run homer. Boston, which scored just 16 runs in its previous eight games, had just two baserunners Gomes' walk in the third and an eighth inning single by Xander Bogaerts over the next seven innings against Price, who allowed five runs and five hits in eight innings. "I think we all expected he would go out there and shut them out like he did," Guyer said of Price after the first. "So we knew we just had to get the runs and back him up, and we did that." Bogaerts left the game due to right hamstring cramps and was replaced defensively at shortstop by Jonathan Herrera in the 11th. Bogaerts doesn't believe the injury is a serious one. Peavy gave up five runs and eight hits over six innings. The Red Sox used a makeshift lineup with David Ortiz, Mike Napoli and Shane Victorino all out with injuries. Saturday was a planned off day for Ortiz, who has calf soreness. Napoli could sit out a few games due to lingering effects of flu like symptoms along with hamstring, calf and finger issues. Victorino was placed on the 15 day disabled list after aggravating a right hamstring injury running to first base in the ninth inning of Friday's 1 0 loss to the Rays. Ortiz hit a grounder pinch hitting in the 10th. "There is no give up in this group," Farrell said. "You do the best you can with what you have. That's the mode we're in right now." NOTES: Boston recalled OF Daniel Nava from Triple A Pawtucket. Saturday. . Rays RF Wil Myers, in a 2 for 26 slide, didn't start, but walked as a pinch hitter in the eighth. . RHP Jake Odorizzi (2 4) is the Rays' scheduled starter Sunday. . Tampa Bay 3B coach Tom Foley plans to keep wearing Rays senior adviser Don Zimmer's uniform No. 66. Zimmer is recovering from heart and lung surgery last month. "Just to let him know we're thinking about him every day," Foley said "I'll wear it until somebody tells me not to."
