RICHMOND, Va. The University of Maine women's basketball team (1 12) dropped a 82 47 decision at Virginia Commonwealth (7 7) on New Year's Day. The Rams had five scorers in double figures, led by Robyn Parks' double double of 24 points and 11 rebounds on 10 for 16 shooting. The Rams swiped 21 steals from Maine as the Black Bears shot 29.5% from the field while VCU went 34 for 73 (46.6%). An early 11 2 VCU run, capped by a bucket from Janniina Koivunen, gave the Rams an early 15 8 lead before Anderson put an end to the run with one of her two first half three pointers. The Rams extended their lead to double digits at 24 14 until Walczak squared up and knocked down a jumper from the left elbow to once again cut the VCU lead to single figures. After the make, the Rams responded with a 5 0 run to take their largest lead of the half at 29 16 with just under five minutes remaining. The Black Bears answered the run with back to back three pointers to once again lower the lead to single digits. Anderson started the Black Bear run with a three from the top of the key. Maine battled on the defensive side of the ball and regained possession before Liz Wood (Catlett, Va.) stuck a three from the left corner to bring Maine back within seven, 31 24. The Rams ended the half on a 4 0 run to take a 35 24 lead into the break. Walczak paced the first half Maine attack with nine points on 4 for 7 shooting while also pulling down five rebounds. Anderson chipped in six points with a pair of three point shots. VCU swiped 13 steals in the opening half and shot 45.7% from the field en route to its 11 point halftime lead. The Rams answered with a 20 2 run over the next 5:43, building its lead to 57 31, after hitting four three pointers during the span of the streak. Maine kept charging as Lauren Bodine (Louisville, Ky.) knocked down a pair of shots from behind the arc. However, the Rams responded with an 8 0 run over the next 2:10, taking their lead to 70 39 with seven minutes to play in regulation. Let me show you how to fix all that, come on. Ladies we peek toes, they are very popular, they are very fabulous, they are foo foo, but they hurt. I don't care what anybody says. This edging around here hurts your foot. So, let me show you what you need to do, how to get that taken care of. What you want to do is you're going to want to wet, you know I always have a concoction of, I think that fabric softener and water is the key to life and you want to wet the roundness of this toe. You see that. You want to get that wet. A lot of shoes, people are going to say like leather stretches when it's wet. So does other fabrications. It really really stretches so while it's wet you want to stuff it. This rag is also damp. Stuff that shoe. Get all you can get inside and I really do mean push it to the limit. Pull it to the front. You see me pull it up, I'm giving this like, if you could see my guns right now, you would see that I was pulling this up. Okay, secondly you might have a pointed toe and they are coming back. That's the thing. The thing about pointed toes, sometimes they hurt and they are tight. Okay, to help with this shoe what you want to do is get yourself a cotton ball to fill up all of this room here because this is where your toe usually comes and they try to sink down here and this is called corn city, C O R N, okay you don't want any corns. Take this piece and stick it up there all the way in the front and that will really give you a little room. So now that the cotton is here your toes are resting comfortably straight across. That's going to help out with that. Now, also with that you want to stuff. Every time you're not wearing your shoe you want to stuff it because it kind of also allows your shoe to take some type of form. So you want to stuff it with the papers or whatever it came with. Okay, now also you want to get inside your shoes to help them keep shape to stretch. If this right here was your problem area, you want to wet it again, leather stretches when it's wet and you want to open it up however you have to. Sometimes you want to pull it back. I know it looks like murder on the shoe but that helps and it stays like that. You saw that foot back? If you have a shoe that has any type of opening in the back that you can flip, that really helps stretch a shoe out. You see that? It's a quick backflip, there, bring it up, it will stay. It's really going to give you some great amount of stretch. Okay, gentleman I know you guys, in the back of your shoe, a lot of times that's the problem. What you want to do is flatten her out. You want to take your thumb on the seam line and press and push in and I know it looks vicious to the shoe but if it's, don't buy cheap shoes, there you go. It won't happen, you'll be okay. So you want to push this down and give it some room and see how that opens it up? So it's just a matter of stretching it out, opening it up wide or stuffing it, however you want to do it. Women Nike Free Run 3 Hot Punch Neon Pink Volt Quilted,We are in the same boat! I started putting boots and lace up converse on DD that are a lot harder to get off but she still manages if we are in the car. :( She also peels her socks off. our yard is a mess right now because we are remodeling and I just KNOW one second that I'm not looking and she is going to cut her little foot on a small piece of SOMETHING that I missed. Daughter, The shoes I buy you are SOOOO adorable! Please leave them on so mommy can show off where her money went and why I am wearing flip flips. You look homeless. Thank you, Mommy. Same in our house. we have a shoe bucket in our van. with socks. they are put on her feet when we get to where we are going. and if her feet arent hitting the floor. I skip it all together. We live in South Cali so its doable as its not that cold. Also. When she started to do this . The Stride rite clerk told us kids do it cuz thier feet hurt. they arent used to shoes blah blah sell shoes blah blah. but she was right I bought S Rite shoes and she never takes those ones off. Also DD is crazy about shoes and cries hysterically if I drive by pay less and dont stop. ( silly girl) My DS does this too! We bought new church shoes for him that he wore for the 1st time this weekend, and I double knotted them. Still didn't work! By the time we got two miles down the road to eat, his shoes AND socks were off and thrown in the back! Grrrrrr! I don't even bother putting his shoes on until we are at our destination. I have also resorted to keeping slip on's (Crocs or flip flops) the car for the quick trips in and out of places so I don't have to battle the shoe issue.

It can be very dangerous work and requires your full attention. Do not clean the roof if there are any storms in the area. You do not want to be standing on top of your RV when there may be rain or lightning. Use the ladder on your RV or carefully place an extension ladder up against it. Make sure you extend the ladder at least 2 feet beyond the top of the RV. It helps to hold on to it when getting on the roof, but it really assists when you want to get off of it. Wear shoes that are not slippery on wet surfaces. Use long pieces of board or special racks to move across the roof if there are any weak spots. Try to step on the main supports of the roof when possible. Always be aware of the edge of the RV. You can easily slip off and be seriously hurt. Follow any specific directions stated in the warranty of your RV rubber roof. Remove any leaves or other debris from the roof with a broom. Check the roof thoroughly for any signs of leaks or wear. Inspect all areas closely around seams, vents or other openings in the roof. Repair these using specifically produced products before you clean it. Obtain any specific cleaner (or cleaners with protectors included) suggested by the manufacturer or use a mild one like dish soap that does not contain citrus ingredients, harsh abrasives or petroleum solvents. Add the detergent to water in a spray bottle for easy application. Spray small areas at a time; use a medium bristle brush on a long handle to scrub and then rinse. Make sure you wet the sides of the RV before rinsing the roof to stop streaking. Utilize a power washer, but be extremely careful not to use too much force, or use a water hose for rinsing. Use a separate protector/sealant as directed, if recommended or desired for further rubber roof protection. Clean the sides after you finish the roof, or at least rinse thoroughly. Women Nike Free Run 3 Hot Punch Neon Pink Volt Quilted The Prince Albert Mintos lost some valuable ground in their quest for the SMAAAHL's No. 1 spot as they fell to the Battlefords Stars 4 1 on Thursday at the Art Hauser Centre. Winning their eighth straight game, the Stars came within a single point of the league leading Notre Dame Argos who the Mintos now trail by six points in the standings. Both teams battled hard through a scoreless first period in which Mintos starting goalie Connor Ingram stood his ground, stopping eight shots while blanking the Stars on a pair of power play opportunities. Outshooting the Stars a modest 9 8 in the first period, the Mintos played a tight, well disciplined defensive game before things unraveled in the final two periods, where they could not keep themselves out of the penalty box. "We took to many penalties and they have a good power play," Morrison said of the Mintos who took six penalties in the final 40 minutes of play. "They scored two on the power play which we made a mistake on. That was basically the difference." While Ingram remained vigilant between the pipes, Stars goalie Rylan Toth was equally impressive, stopping 24 of 25 shots en route to his ninth win of the season. With six minutes remaining in the second period, the Stars netted a pair of power play goals, proving to be the difference. Stars rookie forward Kaleb Dahlgren netted the game's opening goal on the power play which the crowd, along with Morrison, believed did not pass the goal line. "I didn't think it was in the net," Morrison said. "You could hear it hit the post." Just over three minutes later, the Mintos struck back with a power play goal of their own when Loch Morrison ripped a slap shot from the point on net which rookie forward Jared Blaquiere tipped past Toth. Shortly after the Mintos scored their lone goal, the Stars regained the lead yet again on the power play with a marker from rookie defenceman Alex Pernitsky, lifting the Stars to a 2 1 lead going into the third period. With the Mintos taking the lion's share of the game's penalties, Morrison agreed the officiating of Thursday's game was questionable. "There was a little bit of frustration with the consistency of the calls," Morrison said. "Our guy got checked from behind, it was obvious, everyone in the in the rink sees it but none of the arms go up and then we hit a guy from behind and both arms go up." Seven minutes into the third period, Pernitsky hammered a slap shot from the point to net his second of the night. Four minutes later, the Mintos turned the puck over in their own zone, allowing forward Josh LaFramboise to break in all alone, scoring shorthanded on the breakaway to put the game on ice. With their second straight loss, the Mintos record fell to 22 8 4, as they continue to chase the No. 1 playoff seed. The Mintos will be back in action on Saturday when they take on the Notre Dame Hounds on the road at the Duncan McNeill Arena. MINTO NOTES: Not dressed for the Mintos on Thursday were Braden Lozinski, Rhys Kipling, Ryan Duret and Keegan Kjargaard . The Mintos have allowed the fewest goals in the league by a wide margin with just 70 in 35 games. Behind them, allowing the second fewest goals are the Moose Jaw Generals with 86 . Mintos backstop Connor Ingram posts the league's leading Goals Against Average of 1.59 going into Thursday's game. Ingram posts an impressive record of 12 2 3 . Former Mintos backstop Taran Kozun was named the Canadian Hockey League goaltender of the week on Tuesday. After being dealt to the WHL Seattle Thunderbirds by the Kamloops Blazers prior to the Jan. 10 WHL trade deadline, Kozun won his first four games in his new uniform, two of them were shutouts.
